Nescau Brownie

  • 400g Nescau
  • 400g Gasparin Crystal Sugar
  • 300g melted unsalted butter
  • 50g vanilla essence
  • 80g 70% dark chocolate
  • 350g wheat flour
  1. Preheat the oven to 180º. Mix the sugar, nescau, butter and melted chocolate
  2. Then add the essence and eggs
  3. Finally, add the salt and wheat flour
  4. Place in a large greased pan, bake and start checking after 25 minutes. It is good when the fork still comes out dirty. Let it rest overnight.
