Rice Cake

Ingredientes
  • 2 cups of cooked Gasparin White Rice
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Half a cup of chopped green onions
  • Half a cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Enough oil for frying
  1. In a bowl, place 2 cups of rice, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup of parsley, half a cup of chives, black pepper to taste, salt to taste and 1 cup of wheat flour.
  2. Mix the ingredients until you get a firm dough. Cover the bowl with a cloth and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
  3. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix.
  4. Place the dough in spoonfuls in a frying pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve immediately.
